BackYard will be playing once again at Coffee Works Cafe in Voorhees NJ on Saturday night, October 11th from 8pm till 11. A great place to hang out and listen to live music and enjoying great coffee drinks, food, goodies or BYOB and just get some snacks. We always have fun playing at Coffee Works and enjoy playing for the folks that come in all night long. So come on out and join the BackYard Party at Coffee Works on October 11th.
This week on Tuesday 9/30/08 BackYard Bob will be hosting the Open Mic event that Coffee Works holds every tuesday night from 7:30 to 10. Always a very entertaining evening so come on out and play.
One more thing! This coming Thursday night, 10/2 , also at Coffee Works, JJ Culpepper will be laying down some blues from 7:30 to 9:30 and BackYard Bob will be joining him on some of it. JJ and Bob have played together a few times now and each time has been a treat for the blues lovers. Bob goes electric and JJ gets funky and together the put it out. SO if you like a good blues jam come on out and see what we can do!

Hey I will be hosting the Coffee Works Open Mic night for the next few weeks . We always have a good time when I am hosting this event so come out and play or just come out and enjoy the music. Coffee Works open mic night is every tuesday night from 7:30 till at least 9:30. Its a free event and all they ask is you spend at least $3 on some coffee, goodies or their great food. Always great music at Coffee Works so check them out.

Headed out to Camp Jam for the weekend. The local music festival that has grown from a private yard party to a full blown festival that fills a campground. Music starting Thursday night with more Friday Night and again all day saturday. This is the 10 year anniversary for the event and the lineup of performers is terrific. Check out the website www.campjam.org and see for yourself. There’s always room for a couple more people so maybe we’ll see you there.
Kris Noyes will be playing at Coffee Works tonight joined by BackYard Bob and Rink. Kris and the backyard boys will pull out lots of favorite cover and jam tunes for your listening pleasure.

We had a great time last Saturday playing at Coffee Works. Our favorite place to play. Lots of friends there and plenty of other folks too. Thanks for coming out and partying with us. And thanks to the crew working the counter that night they did a great job keeping everyone happy with their great service and smiles. This weekly event is still going strong every tuesday night. The open mic event at Coffee Works may be more popular than ever these days. Every week there has been a full list of very talented performers. I am honored to be part of this event and want to personally thank all the performers that come out and make it a very entertaining evening. Keep coming out and being part of this fun event.
