Some pictures from Coffee Works on Black Friday 2009.  We had a good time playing with Kris and the Trio.

All of these are by our friend David M Warren.  Thanks Dave!!  And Thanks to everyone that came out for the music.

Coffee WorksWe are performing this Friday night along with The Kris Noyes Trio at Coffee Works.  It’s a Black Friday music extravaganza!! Music is from 8 to 11 and we will probably do our set around 8:30 / 8:45.  The Kris Noyes Trio: Kris, Bob and Rink, will be pumping out classic rock covers the rest of the night.  Come out and join us for a fun time.

At The Wachovia CenterNow, Rink, Kris and Bob can say they played at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia.  Well, it wasn’t on stage or anything but it was still very cool.  The Kris Noyes Trio, Bob Rink and Kris Noyes, played our stuff as tons of people came to the Wachovia Center to watch the 76ers play the New Orleans Jazz.  We were there with the Woodstock Trading Company to greet people as they came in.  Quite a crowd gathered around as we played for an hour before the game and we tore it up.   It was a lot of fun and a big thank you to the friends that came out to see us and root us on.  And a Big Thank You to Mom and Seth from Woodstock for having us do the event with them.

Billy HectorOne of the best blues guitarists playing live at local clubs and festvals is Billy Hector.  We were introduced to Billy at Camp Jam a few years back and have seen him a few other places also.  Like Dadz in My Holly and Harper’s Pub in Clementon.  At Camp Jam he is always the star of the festival and he gets the whole crowd dancin’.  He just has the gift!!  Found a really great article about the life of Billy Hector and it can be found here. http://blog.nj.com/iamnj/2009/10/billy_hector.html Check it out and if you see him playing somewhere near you be sure and go.  You’ll really dig it!
