BackYard was proud to part of the Markeim Art Center’s first Musical Showcase held Friday Night October 16th. There were many talented performers there that made the night a big success. Thanks to John Gianotti for making the event happen and hopefully he asks us to come back when they do it again.
The Markeim Art Center in Haddonfield is going to present the talents of some area musicians in the form of an Open Mic Event on Friday night October 16th from 7:00 to 10:oopm. The performers have already been chosen and BackYard will be one of them. The Markeim has been recently revovated and includes new walls, paint, a redesigned gallery space, upgraded lighting in workspaces and showcasing artwork, polished concrete floors, new heating and cooling system, and a new roof, and more. They offer classes, workshops, and you can schedule special events at their new center.
